URBAN VOLLEYBALL PROGRAMS
CLINICS - ALL LEVELS
6-week session (1 day/week). Sessions will include instruction in all aspects of fundamentals through advanced skill development and tactical play using a mix of drills and competitive games. The training season is designed to create high level training opportunities for players looking to advance their skills and understanding of volleyball before the start of the girl’s league and boys league seasons.
Clinic courts are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced skill levels. Coaches will evaluate each student and determine what court will be appropriate for their skill level. The 6 weeks clinics will gradually challenge students to practice fundamental volleyball techniques.
This camp is highly recommended for players who plan to try out for club next season, but ALL players are welcome.

ADVANCE SERIES CLINICS - BOYS & GIRLS

- Jump Serve: Focus on timing, toss consistency, and power.

Float Serve: Work on minimal spin and precise targeting.

Serving Zones: Practice targeting all six zones with both serve types.

High-speed serve reception under pressure.

Platform angle control and quick footwork to maintain form.

One-handed setting, jump setting, and reverse setting drills.

Set to multiple attackers at varying tempos (quick, high ball, back set).

Approach training: Timing with the setter, explosive first step.

Shot variety: Line, cross, tips, roll shots, back row attacks.

Read blocking drills: Train eyes on setter, then hitter.

Hands-over-net technique: Penetration and press.

Transition drills: Block to immediate attack or coverage.
