ADVANCE LEVEL CLINICS

6-week session (1 day/week). Sessions will include instruction in all aspects of fundamentals through advanced skill development and tactical play using a mix of drills and competitive games. The training season is designed to create high level training opportunities for players looking to advance their skills and understanding of volleyball before the start of the girl’s league and boys league seasons.

This camp is highly recommended for players who plan to try out for club next season, but ALL players are welcome.

Ages: 10 - 17

LEVEL I: This camp is designed for intermediate players, typically ages 12-15 or those with experience in the sport. These clinics focus on building a solid foundation in volleyball fundamentals, including passing, setting, serving, and hitting, with an emphasis on proper technique and skill development. Gameplay is gradually introduced, often with drills and controlled repetitions to help players apply learned skills

LEVEL II: Sessions focus on further developing skills, strategies, and techniques necessary for high-level play, preparing for competitive settings like high school, club, or collegiate levels.
